Our Services Overview

At Kie To Care, we provide a complete range of home and community-based supports throughout Pennsylvania — ensuring that every individual receives care that’s personal, compassionate, and empowering.
Whether you or your loved one receive services through a state waiver, veterans program, or private pay, our team will guide you to the best care option for your needs.

Waiver Programs

We proudly partner with Pennsylvania’s Medicaid Waiver Programs, including ACT 150, OBRA, and Community HealthChoices (UPMC, AmeriHealth, and PA Health & Wellness).
Our licensed waiver services include PAS, home-delivered meals, non-medical transportation, employment supports, community integration, respite, community transition, and chore services.
Serving: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Cambria, Erie, Fayette, Greene, Lawrence, Washington & Westmoreland counties.

Office of Developmental Programs (ODP)

We provide person-centered supports statewide for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.
Our compassionate DSPs offer community participation, in-home supports, respite, employment assistance, and companion care — built around the belief that you’re not giving us a hard time, you’re having a hard time.

Veterans Affairs

We are honored to serve those who have served our country.
Through our Veterans Affairs partnership, we offer in-home personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and respite care for eligible veterans and their spouses — promoting independence and dignity at home.

Interim & Respite Care

Our Interim and Respite Care services provide short-term or emergency in-home support for families and caregivers who need temporary relief or transition assistance.
We ensure continuous, compassionate care during hospital discharges, coverage gaps, or family emergencies.

Express Care

Express Care is designed for seniors and individuals who need help with daily activities but don’t qualify for state-funded services.
Our affordable private-pay option covers light housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, and meal prep — with flexible scheduling and trusted caregivers.

Personal Care Homes (Coming 2026)

We are proud to announce the upcoming launch of our Kie To Care Personal Care Home — a warm, family-style living environment offering 24-hour support, daily activities, and a true sense of community.
Our PCH will extend our mission of compassionate care beyond the home, ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and valued.

Who Qualifies for Personal Care Services?

Eligibility for home and community-based services through Kie To Care depends on the type of program or funding source. Most individuals qualify if they require assistance with daily living activities and meet program or income guidelines set by the state or their insurer.

You or your loved one may qualify for services if you:

  • Have a physical disability, developmental disability, or medical condition that limits daily activities

  • Are 65 or older or an adult living with long-term care needs

  • Receive benefits through a Pennsylvania Medicaid Waiver Program (such as CHC, OBRA, or ACT 150)

  • Are enrolled under the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) or Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL)

  • Are a veteran or spouse of a veteran eligible for VA-funded home care

  • Require short-term, respite, or private-pay assistance through our Express Care or Interim Care programs

If you’re unsure which program you qualify for, our intake team can help you navigate eligibility and enrollment.
