Because You Served Our Country, Let Us Serve You

A Personal Mission

This program holds a special place in our hearts.
Our founder, Ashley Burke, grew up in a family that understands the sacrifices and strength of our nation’s heroes — her father is a proud veteran.
Through his example, Kie To Care was built on the values of honor, respect, and service — ensuring every veteran receives the care and recognition they deserve.

Caring for veterans isn’t just what we do — it’s a way to give back to those who gave everything for us.

How to Apply for VA Home Care Services

If you are a veteran or the spouse of a veteran, you may qualify for VA-funded home care services through programs such as:

  • Aid and Attendance Pension Benefit

  • Homemaker and Home Health Aide Program

  • Veteran-Directed Care (VDC)

To get started:

  1. Contact your local VA Medical Center and ask for the Home and Community-Based Services Department.

  2. Request to receive home care through Kie To Care Home Care as your preferred provider.

  3. Our administrative team will coordinate with the VA to begin services quickly and smoothly.

Services We Provide Through Veterans Affairs

Our caregivers are trained to meet the physical and emotional needs of veterans with professionalism, respect, and compassion.
We work with local VA programs and case managers to coordinate care plans that promote comfort and independence.

Available services include:

  • Personal Care Assistance (ADLs & IADLs) — bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support, and meal preparation

  • Companionship & Emotional Support — regular visits to promote engagement and prevent isolation

  • Light Housekeeping & Laundry — maintaining a clean, safe home environment

  • Medication Reminders — assisting veterans with their daily medication routines

  • Respite Care — providing relief for family caregivers

  • Errands & Non-Medical Transportation — grocery trips, appointments, or community outings
