 Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCA)

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, meal prep, mobility)

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Performing light housekeeping and errands

• Maintaining accurate visit notes and reporting changes in condition

• Following individualized care plans

Requirements:

• 18 years or older, high school diploma

• ID, Valid driver’s license, or reliable transportation

• Birth Certificate or Social Security Card

• Up-to-date physical and TB screening

• Clear background check and 2-year proof of residency (or fingerprinting)

• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but can be completed upon hire)

• 1 year experience 

 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism

• Encouraging independence and community participation

• Assisting with communication, personal care, and skill development

• Promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion in daily activities

• Ensuring health, safety, and emotional well-being of participants

Requirements:

• 18 years or older

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• 2 years of experience in group home setting

• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain

• Must complete ODP-required trainings upon hire

• Clear background - criminal and child clearances

• Up-to-date physical and TB screening
