Kie To Care is a family-operated home care agency proudly based in Western Pennsylvania.
Founded on compassion, trust, and community values, our agency was created to help individuals maintain independence, dignity, and comfort — right in the place they call home.
We understand that every person’s care needs are unique. That’s why our services are tailored to meet each client where they are — from daily assistance and companionship to specialized programs that promote safety, engagement, and overall well-being.

As we continue to grow, we are proud to expand our mission with the opening of our Personal Care Home in 2026, designed to offer a supportive, family-like environment for individuals who need a higher level of daily assistance. This next chapter allows us to continue our commitment to a continuum of care — meeting people’s needs from the comfort of home to a safe, nurturing residence.

Our Story
Kie To Care was founded by Ashley Burke and Sharon Burke, a mother–daughter team whose shared passion for helping others has shaped the heart of this agency.
With over 30 years of experience, Sharon Burke has devoted her career to working in and supervising group homes and community living programs, specializing in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs. Her knowledge, leadership, and compassion have been instrumental in developing the strong care foundation that Kie To Care is built upon.
Following in her mother’s footsteps, Ashley Burke turned her lifelong calling into a mission — to create an agency where clients, caregivers, and families all feel valued, respected, and supported.
From feeding senior communities and hosting family resource events, to expanding services across Allegheny and surrounding counties, the Burke family has made community care their legacy.

Kie to Care is owned and operated by a mother daughter team that recognizes the value of family values, love, and kindness. We have over 30 years of experience in the social service field. Both partners have worked with the elderly, individuals with intellectual disabilities, and mental health issues.
Working in the social service field allowed us to see the need for an agency that believes in respecting all individuals no matter what their differences or abilities are. We want to provide individuals with competent staff that also care about the individuals that they work with and for.
